Wedding Tone-up


I've got pretty much three months till our wedding... and my goal is to be as fit and toned as I can be.
So here's my 3 month workout.

Goals:
       - be able to run a half marathon
       - look as good as I did back when I ran track


Day 1
It was snowing outside, but I decided to start today so I did... 

       - Ran 1 1/2 miles
       - 10 pushups (guy style..)
       - 3 sets of 12 reps bicep curls (I used 15 lbs.)

ended with some stretching, some Naked Green Goodness juice and granola bar, and a nice hot shower.. now I can start my day!
